A detox diet is a type of liquid diet that helps reduce water retention and weight loss giving preference to organic foods to avoid pesticides and chemical additives, which also helps the body to eliminate toxins and balance the metabolism, favoring weight loss.
The detox diets can be made after a party where they make food excesses are usually very restrictive and can only be done by a small time period, between 1-3 days. However, if the detox diet for balanced using organic and including appropriate amounts of dry and liquid foods can be made longer.

Diet detox three days
Dietary detox three days is permitted the use of solid food for lunch if they are organic.
At breakfast and snacks can drink detoxifying juices with organic fruits and vegetables or vitamins with vegetable drinks, like almond milk or oatmeal, for example. Lunch should be lean meat or fish, grilled or cooked with rice or potatoes and organic salad, seasoned with a little oil, and dinner should be a liquid meal such as soup.

5 days detox diet
The detox diet five days corresponds to a healthy detox diet that can be extended for a week and must contain:
Organic fruits and vegetables;
Lean meats and fish, boiled or grilled;
Seeds and oil, such as flaxseed, chia and nuts;
Grains such as quinoa, amaranth and brown rice;
Legumes such as beans, peas, lentils and chickpea;
Mineral water, coconut, detoxifying teas and juices prepared with fruits and vegetables.
In addition to these foods, it is important that this diet is restricted in salt and rich in natural seasonings such as herbs, onions, garlic and ginger.
Does not eat in detox diet
There are different variations of detox diet, but in all these diets should be excluded from power:
Coffee and caffeinated beverages,
Foods high in chemical additives and saturated fat / trans (industrial products)
Foods with a high allergenic potential, such as dairy products, rich in gluten and soy.
